What
we build.

Ritwill combines AI engineering with hands-on software development. We understand the work, define the requirements, and build systems connected to your business data and tools.

From a focused AI workflow to a system that coordinates several steps, the starting point is what your team needs to get done.

01 / AI agents & agentic systems

AI that can carry out the work.

Build agents that retrieve business information, use connected tools, and coordinate multi-step tasks. We engineer the workflow, integrations, and review points so the system can act within an agreed scope.

  • Agents for request intake and operational coordination
  • Document processing, record lookup, and follow-up workflows
  • Tool-connected actions with approvals and activity logs
02 / Custom operational software

Built around the work.

Design and build applications for the work your team does every day, including the backend services, APIs, and databases that support them. Bring scattered records, manual steps, and operational handoffs into a system built around your business.

  • Internal tools and operational reporting
  • Request, job, and document tracking
  • Approval workflows and customer portals
03 / System integration & automation

Make the connections work.

Connect existing tools and records through APIs and backend integrations. Engineer data validation, background processing, and error recovery so information moves reliably between systems, with less repeated data entry and fewer manual handoffs.

  • CRM and business-system integrations
  • Order, shipment, and status updates
  • Document processing and coordinated workflows

Each engagement combines AI engineering, backend development, and system integration, with defined permissions, review points, and a plan for long-term maintenance.

Applications by industry

Where
work happens.

Different businesses, different requirements. We start with the daily process and the people responsible for it.

These are illustrative applications, scoped to fit each business.

A workshop dispatch desk

Trades, construction & field services

Build agents that organize incoming service requests, check job records, and prepare the next handoff. Connect them to job-tracking and project systems.

Possible systems: AI-assisted request intake, job coordination, project-document workflows.
A warehouse shipping and inventory area

Manufacturing, distribution & logistics

Build agents that read RFQs and purchase orders, look up approved records, flag missing specifications, and prepare updates across quoting and order systems.

Possible systems: RFQ and order agents, document extraction, connected shipment workflows.
An administrative office workstation

Professional services & office operations

Build agents that gather intake details, retrieve relevant records, prepare reports, and coordinate administrative steps across existing tools.

Possible systems: intake agents, document workflows, reporting and scheduling coordination.

Other applications include maintenance requests and vendor coordination for property management, and administrative workflows for staffing, practices, and other service businesses.

An illustrative agentic workflow

An agent that moves
the work forward.

An AI agent can do more than generate an answer. It can read a request, retrieve business records, use connected tools, and carry out a sequence of tasks—with approvals where the work requires them.

01 / INTAKE

Read and organize

Read the email and attachments, identify the request, and extract the details needed to start the workflow.

02 / REVIEW

Retrieve and check

Look up relevant records, check required information, and flag gaps or decisions that need a person.

03 / INTEGRATION

Prepare and act

Prepare the next action and, after any required approval, create or update the job through connected business tools.

04 / OPERATIONS

Record and follow through

Log the actions taken, update status, and route exceptions or follow-up tasks to the right person.

Illustrative application, not a client case study. Behind the agent, backend services manage workflow state, validate data, enforce permissions, and record actions. Recovery paths are designed to handle interrupted tasks without duplicating completed work.

Our approach / Engineering & delivery

We talk.We understand.We build.

Start with the operational need. Identify where AI can help, agree on what the system may do, and engineer the solution with the people who will use it.

AI is one part of the system. We also engineer the backend, data flows, and operational controls needed for dependable daily use. Your team retains judgment and approvals.

  1. Understand and define

Map the process, review existing systems and data, and identify useful AI tasks. Define requirements, access permissions, expected workload, and measures of success before deciding how the system should be built.

  2. Design and engineer

Build the agent workflows and the backend architecture beneath them: APIs, databases, integrations, and background jobs. Design how data is stored, how tasks progress, and how the system recovers when a service is unavailable.

  3. Test and put into use

Evaluate AI outputs and actions against representative tasks. Test backend services, integrations, permissions, and failure scenarios—including retries and duplicate requests. Set up deployment and monitoring so issues can be identified and investigated in use.

  4. Engineer for the long term

Build maintainable code with clear service boundaries, automated tests, and documented interfaces. Plan logging, monitoring, backups, and support around the system’s needs. Test changes to models, tools, and business rules so the software can evolve without disrupting day-to-day operations.
